VILLA MERCEDES - Studios The STUDIOS at Petit Mercedes are our basic/standard room. They are equipped with flat screen tv, desk, mini fridge, bathroom, closet, safe box, AC, ceiling fan and unique decor. Our studios are located on the second floor, looking out to the street. Two of our studios are on the ground level right off the courtyard and pool area. The bed is King size and the maximum capacity is two guests per studio. One of our studios has two double beds. Inquire for availability.VILLA MERCEDES - Suites The SUITES at Petit Mercedes are spacious loft-type rooms with a sleeping area, sitting area, dining area, balcony with small sitting area, and kitchenette. They are equipped with flat screen tv, desk, mini fridge, microwave, private bathroom, closet, safe box, AC, ceiling fan, and unique decor. Our suites are located on the second and third floors, with partial ocean views from the balconies.The bed is King size. The maximum capacity is three to four people. One of our suites has two double beds. Inquire for our two-double bed suite for availability.VILLA MERCEDES - Master Suite The MASTER SUITE at Petit Mercedes is a spacious, corner apartment-like unit with a long wrap-around balcony with ocean views. It has one large bedroom, walk-in closet, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and 6 person dining area. It is equipped with flat screen tv, microwave, sink, stove, full size refrigerator, oven, safe box, AC, ceiling fan, and unique decor.The bed is King size and there is one sofa-bed in the living room area. The maximum capacity is three people. It is located on the second floor right on the corner with ocean and street views.VILLA MERCEDES - Penthouses The PENTHOUSES at Petit Mercedes are located on the third and fourth levels, on the corner of the property, they are spacious units with fully equipped kitchens, one bathroom, living area, dining area, terraces and roof decks with ocean and city views. Our three penthouses function as one-bedroom apartments in a more private section of the building. They are equipped with flat screen tv, microwave, sink, stove, full size refrigerator, toaster oven, safe box, closet, AC, ceiling fan, and unique decor.The bed is King size and there is one sofa-bed in the living area. The maximum capacity is three people. They are ideal for longer stays or for indulging in a one-of a kind getaway.
